
How I can help
As a solution focused hypnotherapist, my focus will be on supporting you to make meaningful change in your life. I want you to be happier and I'll help you get there by using the power of therapeutic trance, combined with solution focused talking therapy.
Whether online or in my comfortable therapy room, our sessions will follow a set format, in line with what we know about the neuroscience of behavioral change. We will start each session looking at what has been good about your week, talking about how the mind works and engaging in a solution focused discussion about what might change in a future that works better for you. We will then do some guided relaxation which will allow your mind to relax, consolidate what has been discussed, and form new, more positive neural pathways.
